Congratulations to Will Suter!

Per his Twitter account, Lincoln Stars alternate captain Will Suter announced that he has committed to Bentley University this upcoming fall.

Bentley University is a private university located in Waltham, Massachusetts, which is 10 miles west of Boston.

Will is playing his second season with the Lincoln Stars.  In 102 games for the black and blue, Suter has scored 49 points (18g, 31a), 35  PIM's, and is +8.

I'm not sure you'll find another player in the entire USHL who works as hard as Will does each and every shift.  He's a great example for the younger players on this Stars team.  In my opinion, he's one of the best penalty-killers I've ever seen play here in Lincoln.  He's tenacious on the PK.

Hard work brought him back to Lincoln and the USHL after a brief stint in the NAHL in 2010-11.  He busted his butt at Lincoln's tryout camp in 2011 as a free agent, and eventually made the team.  One season later he was named an alternate captain for the Stars.  Will is a living example of hard work paying off in the long run.

Bentley University is getting one heck of a hockey player, and more importantly, one heck of a person.  Best of luck to Will next season in Boston!
