Former Star Carter Camper signs with the NHL Boston Bruins

According to Kirk Luedeke of the "Bruins 2011 Draft Watch" blog, former Lincoln Stars forward Carter Camper has signed a free agent contract with the NHL Boston Bruins.  Click here and here to read more.  Here's an an excerpt from the Providence Journal article:
Free agent Carter Camper, one of the most prolific scorers in college hockey over the past four seasons for Miami University, has signed a contract with the Boston Bruins and is expected in Providence today.
Camper, 22, a right-shooting center with soft hands...scored over 40 points in all four of his seasons in college. The native of Rocky River, Ohio, is 5-foot-9 and 173 pounds.
Camper had 19-38-57 totals in 39 games this season and was one of 10 finalists for the 2011 Hobey Baker Award.

Congrats to Carter!  Another former Stars player to follow in the big leagues!
