Which of our bloggers can claim this?

I was driving in north Lincoln today and followed this yellow Jeep. Its tire cover had the dropdown Star with three hockey players skating under it and it said, "Lincoln Stars Hockey" at the bottom.

I've seen a lot of Stars logos, bumper stickers and license plates over the years, but this was by far the coolest thing I've seen yet. Is it self designed, or can it be bought somewhere?

I was hoping one of our bloggers is the proud owner of this and will step forward...surely someone that creative and dedicated posts on the Black and Blue Blog?! :)

I kept seeing that every game night while walking down the hill towards the icebox. Looks like a well done design and a heck of a personal tire cover.

I think I work with the guy that has this, I will check with him on Sunday if he is working. I think he made it himself.

Actually the tire cover was custom airbrushed by Creative Ink Screen Printing in Lincoln.

I suppose if any other Stars fans out there would like something similar done to their wheel cover, they can contact the folks at Creative Ink at the number above.

My husband had this made for my birthday. I think Lenn did a great job painting this and I love it. Thanks Lenn at Creative Ink/Killa-Airbrush-Art.com

Thanks for the post, Chris. I hope you don't mind us posting a picture of it on this blog. It's certainly one of a kind! I'm sure you get a lot of looks around town!

Thanks for posting the pic and our contact number here at Creative Ink. We print some of the "off the wall" Stars Tees for the ice box and have airbrushed some cool goalie masks in the past. Even Rowdy's section K tux he wears for the play offs :-)

Not a problem, Lenn. I hope we can get some business sent your way because of this. In fact, I might give you a call in the future and talk about some t-shirt ideas. I've thinking about creating some "Black and Blue Blog" t-shirts and give them away on the blog or sell them for charity...something like that.
