ESPN 1480 AM

Just noticed this article on the Lincoln Journal Star website:

Sports programming currently is gone from ESPN 1480 (KLMS 1480 AM), with oldies music in its place.

The station's Web site also is "under construction."
Does this mean that the Stars will have to find a new home for their radio broadcasts? If so, how soon will that happen? Or will 1480 AM honor their contract with the Stars?

Edit:  The article linked above has been updated to state that radio broadcasts for the Lincoln Stars will remain on 1480 AM.

Unfreaking believable, sad day in Lincoln.

It's a very sad day in Lincoln. The weirdest part about it is that they did it at like 10:00am. But whatever, I have the internet at home and at work. And Satellite radio in the car. Too bad radio is going out the door.

General manager of KLMS says that they will still broadcast Stars games...This is actually a positive thing to me cause then we wont get cast aside cause of stupid football. Go stars!
